Dec 31, 2015 #1 Has anybody created a sound set of patches for Omnisphere 2 that utilizes the ability to use custom samples yet? I'm surprised I haven't seen a whole lot of people capitalizing on that. It's finding the right.

The Omnisphere 2 NKS Library is a preset pack for browsing Omnisphere 2 presets from the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine software and hardware.

This library contains over 7500 factory presets for Omnisphere 2 that can be loaded and browsed directly using the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine software and hardware. All presets have been saved as NKS files which contains the Omnisphere preset information, tagging information and mapped controls. Sound previews are now also available for your library so you can hear what a preset sounds like before loading the instrument. Additionally, a Komplete Kontrol database file and plug-in artwork is also included to create entries in your User Library.

Omnisphere Hardware Library is a separate expansion library of 1600+ presets that you can also add to Omnisphere. This is not included with the core Omnisphere download

  • Komplete Kontrol Software v2.1+
  • Maschine Software 2.6+
  • Supports Komplete Keyboards (all versions)
  • Supports Maschine Hardware (all versions)
  • Works on PC / MAC
  • Supports 64 Bit

The Free Download Version contains a handful of presets to test how the NKS installation and compatibility will work. You can download and install this for free to test things out before purchasing the full NKS browser pack.

For users that have updated to Omnisphere 2.6 you can now get the NKS Hardware Library addon.

This library contains 1000+ presets (2.5) and 600 presets (2.6) for the new Hardware Library and introduces a brand new Controller Map. Previous omnisphere NKS files have not been updated and will continue to work on older versions of Omnisphere but are also compatible with Omnisphere 2.6.

Install instructions are included with each download but you can also download instructions here:

Presets are tagged and sorted as logically as possible with most of the useful tags from Omnisphere copied over to the NKS preset. Some tags have been formatted to conform to NKS tagging schemes and some tags have been consolidated or removed to make the browser as easy to navigate as possible.

v2.2.0 now updates the controller map to include FX on/off controls for all FX module slots (in layer 1). this now makes it possible to switch an FX module on/off from the hardware which is especially useful now VST FX can be loaded within komplete Kontrol.

v2.5.1 for the new Omnisphere Hardware Library introduces a controller template designed to access all 4 layers and also offers some improved control. Only applies to the new Hardware Library presets.

We now have a large number of 3rd party NKS librarys available.

You can view a complete list of available libraries if you own this Omnisphere NKS browser and login to your account. Head over Here

Hi all,
I really hope someone can help here. I have Omnisphere 2 64 bit and I would like each sound on separate mixer tracks in FL Studio. The problem is when I configure omnisphere and create midi output channels in the channel rack, so for example if I have 2 sounds in omnisphere and would like them individually on each midi output, both sounds play at the same time if I select one of the midi output channels.
This is how I have configured omnisphere 2 and fl studio currently.
Lets say I have synth X and synth Y in the mixer of omnisphere.
synth X is on Channel 1 Out A and synth Y is on Channel 2 Out B in the omnisphere 2 internal mixer

Under the processing tab:

Omnisphere A is set to channel 1 therefore this is linked to synth X.
Omnisphere B is set to channel 2 therefore this is linked to synth Y.

Under the settings tab (Cog Icon):

MIDI input port is set to 1
I have then created 2 instances of MIDI OUT in the channel rack.

Can Omnisphere 2 Presets Work With Omnisphere 1 Free

Omnisphere
Instance 1 is set to channel 1 and port is set to 1. So instance 1 should be linked to synth X

Can Omnisphere 2 Presets Work With Omnisphere 10

Instance 2 is set to channel 2 and port is set to 1. So instance 2 should be linked to synth Y
PROBLEM: When I select Instance 1 of the MIDI OUT and play notes, it routes BOTH synth X and synth Y through. Why does this happen? I should only hear synth X.
